Kim Wilson

With over 17 years’ experience within professional office manager positions, Kim is responsible for managing administrative duties and client relations at Building Personnel. As Office Manager and given her robust knowledge of the recruitment industry, Kim ensures the smooth operation of administration duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and assisting payroll functions.
Her role creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. She also helps to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations whilst ensuring all compliance is met.
Kim is also the Personal Assistant to the Director, Grant Bethune.
