Grant works with a variety of principle builders and subcontractors from Tier 1 to Tier 3, and has taken considerable satisfaction from working with growth businesses over many years that have flourished and expanded during their partnership.
Equally time within this field has led to an affirmation that “today’s candidate, tomorrow’s client” with many former individuals having returned to Building Personnel as clients motivated by positive dealings years before. Grant still maintains a healthy balance between working within the Commercial Construction sector, increasingly called on for Senior Executive, Director and Management roles whilst supporting and developing the business across its Engineering, Property and Design capabilities.
