As Building Personnel continues to grow, we are delighted to announce that Martin Preece has recently joined us. Martin’s role as Managing Consultant within our Commercial Construction team sees him working closely with Grant Bethune, Scott Thompson and Philip Fourie who between them have over 40 years’ experience.
Martin has delivered a range of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across Australia including New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania and South Australia. During his career which spans nearly 15 years of recruiting, Martin has gained a wealth of valuable knowledge to ensure his clients receive a competitive advantage when they are in the process of bringing new talent into their business.
He has developed a large network across a range of built environment sectors which has given him a unique ability to recruit specialist roles in a range of disciplines. At Building Personnel, Martin will focus his delivery of work within the Melbourne Commercial Construction industry dealing with developers and commercial builders whilst also undertaking difficult to fill roles for other long-term clients within other sectors such as consulting engineers, client-side Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors or through to facilities management or Property specialists; delivering assignments within intermediate to senior level positions.
Martin will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of consultants in the business – coaching and mentoring them across a range of specialist-built environment areas of focus to Building Personnel, working to ensure his high standards are applied to all our clients and candidates.
