About the Company:

Specialising in high quality – architecturally designed projects, this boutique builder operates across multiple streams of building including renovations, developments and fully customised homes.

Having recently been recognised by the Master Builders Association of Victoria, this south-east based firm is looking to expand there existing site management team to assist with a growing number of projects. 

About the Role:

Broadly speaking, you will be responsible for delivering the overall project to the high standards the company has become known for in the industry.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for the success and delivery of projects in your specified area.

Overseeing your builds, you will manage your teams of subcontractors, workflow, materials, sequencing of trades, quality as well as project financials.

About you: 

• A minimum 2 years experience as a site manager, delivering either custom or quality-built volume homes
• Must have trade qualification (or similar)
• Initiative and ability to work autonomously
• Passion for custom residential construction
• Drive and ambition to grow as an individual alongside the company
• Proactive attitude
