With a focus on delivering high level, custom built homes, my client is a well-established builder. located in Melbourne’s South East and has led the way in building custom designed homes. Due to continuing growth, my client is aiming to expand in the industry and is looking to appoint an additional Site Manager to run builds throughout the South-East, Bayside and the Peninsula areas.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be fully accountable for the success and delivery of your projects whilst being allowed to work autonomously with the full support of the management team and without being micromanaged. Overseeing your builds, you will liaise regularly with the client, manage your team of subcontractors, manage workflow, materials, sequencing of trades and quality as well as project financials.
  
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a site manager, delivering custom built homes
• Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for residential construction
• Drive and ambition to grow as an individual within the company
