The vacancy
The vacancy is new. A new role for someone at a turning point in their career. This position would suit someone with 15-25 years’ experience (some in Melbourne), able to bring clients and projects, spark up new projects and assist the team’s general development. 

About you
Industry enthusiasm is critical. We seek water engineers passionate about their line of work. We seek smart thinkers, someone who can see the big picture and someone commercially savvy. 

Critical for this role is the ability to be hands-on. Whilst you won’t be modelling yourself, it’s important to have a background in modeling and design, so as to understand the detail and provide real solutions at a much higher level to clients. Whilst this won’t be the day to day role, the kind of person we seek is someone interested in solving problems and who enjoys the technical side of their work. 

You’ll likely be well versed in one or more of the following: 

• Flood studies / Flood risk management
• Waterway management
• Water Network Planning
• Urban development planning
• Civil/Water Infrastructure design

Qualifications required

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (water, enviro, or similar)
• CPEng, RPEQ (or working towards)
