About the Company:

With a national presence and a strong pipeline of builds until 2021 this builder is looking for an innovative Production Estimator to join their expanding team located in South Melbourne.
  
Backed by a successful, large scale developer this builder focuses on a variety of projects ranging from D&C townhouses to large scale medium density sites.

About the Role:

With the estimating team currently consisting of 4 full-time estimators, the role will have you working alongside multiple facets of the business including the drafting, design and construction teams.
In the role your duties will involve:

• Creating BOQ’s
• Completing all building estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and service

About you:

To be successful in acquiring the role, you will be required to bring the following attributes. 

• Strong communication skills
• Production of high quality estimates and accurate BOQ’s
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and variations
• Experience using Databuild software 
• Framework software experience would be advantageous 
• 2 years or more in a similar estimating role or any similar estimating roles
