About the Role:

Recent movements within the team have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced production estimator with strong databuild experience to join the ranks and work across both new-build and knockdown-rebuild projects.

As you will have earned your stripes in the Melbourne residential construction industry and been in a similar role for at least 2 years you will already be well versed in the requirements of the role, but to confirm you will be required to
perform the following:

• Completing all production estimating requirements
• Create and maintain accurate bill of quantities 
• Produce site files to be handed over to construction
• Act as a point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders 
• Resolve ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and service

About you:
