The Role
 
Recently winning numerous tenders our client now seeks an experienced operations manager to lead the growing team. 

The successful candidate will have 15 years’ experience and exposure within the civil landscape sector. Superior communication and the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders will be paramount to the success of this operations role. Currently leading the team across significant projects, as operations manager you will be exposed to a wide breadth of interesting and challenging work, whilst providing direction and leadership to the team. 

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to lead the operations function whilst having full support from the senior management team. The company provides a progressive work environment and has built a solid reputation by providing and delivering end-to-end solutions for all clients.
