A rare opportunity is currently available as a leading hand within a reputable commercial developer working on Design and Construct projects to $150M in and around Melbourne.

The company currently seek a highly motivated leader from within the commercial construction industry to take a step up and run large scale projects in a second in charge capacity, with the purpose of developing into an experienced site manager.

The Role
 
This builder has an excellent platform for growth, and provide the best industry training, as well as support from within a network of leading industry professionals. 

Site Managers within the company are testament to the success of the program having started in this position and developed extensively their knowledge and individual skill-sets.

Traditionally, this is a Foreman role, but given the structure of the business it is termed Leading Hand.
 
 
Do you suit the role?

You will have come from a trade background and have gained experience working in a similar leading hand capacity where instinct and professional desire encourages you to continually learn and develop your industry knowledge.
 
It is imperative that you have:

• worked within the commercial construction sector either in a significant lead or 2IC role
• Worked within a subcontractor or head contractor
• You are looking for a professional career within Site Management.
