Candidates that have had 5 years estimating experience as well as 3 years civil concrete experience will be considered for the role.
 
   Day to day responsibilities:

• develop construction programs with MS Project
• Interpreting plans to ascertain accurate Bills of Quantity
• Communicate with other stakeholders to ensure the correct information is being used
• Assisting with tender submission

  
The ideal candidate will be from a Civil Concrete Background and have the following experience:

• Compiling comprehensive tender submissions.
• Writing detailed construction methodologies.
• Onsite involvement & understanding of the construction process.
• Ability to build highly professional and well laid out tender documentation.
