The team
A team of fifty civil engineers and designers, led by three very competent Victorian professionals. Adjoining disciplines brings the office up to a group of 60; they have a reputation in the market for delivering technical excellence. 

The position
With work being won regularly, the team require the assistance of a competent Civil Project Engineer, well versed in design and delivery of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, intersections to run projects and manage client expectations. 

Whilst you’ll remain technically ept in this role, the focus is to look after clients, manage work loads, forecast timeframes and build happy relationships. You’ll be given support from an exceptionally smart and functional technical team as well as capable and confident administrative support. Projects run across Australia with your role being based in Melbourne. 

What’s in it for you?
The successful candidate will be paid market value salary or higher, depending on experience. It’s likely to be in the vicinity of $105k – $140k package.
