Currently building 300+ homes per year, this family run builder is located in the south eastern suburbs, primarily focusing on producing high quality, volume-built homes as well as building mid density projects for repeat clients.

About the Role:

With the estimating team currently consisting of 5 full-time estimators, the role will have you working alongside the drafting, design and construction teams.

You will be required to produce accurate BOQ’s using Databuild as well as at times assisting with the production estimating requirements of the business.

About you:

To be successful in acquiring the role, you will be required to bring the following attributes.

• Strong communication skills
• Production of high quality and accurate BOQ’s
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Databuild software experience is essential
• Framework software experience would be advantageous 
• 2 years or more in a BOQ estimating role or any similar estimating roles
