Due to the recent growth of the business we are looking for a Contract Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career and work towards a Project Manager role within the next 12 months.
With offices in multiple states and over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry with projects valuing from 500k – $40Mil, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator.
The Role
As contracts administrator you will be reporting to the Project Manager, working across multiple projects ensuring all elements of the CA duties are undertaken across the range of projects. Duties will include:
- Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
- Progress claims and variations
- Excellent communication skills
- Administration of RFI’s to clients, consultants and architects
What experiences do you need, to suit the role?
If you meet the below experiences, I would encourage you to apply:
- 3 years + experience working as a Contracts Administrator.
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction
- Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia (interstate candidates welcome)
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
- An attitude which reflects our clients culture which is positive and solutions focused
